Engineering

Time-bound builds for product or marketing. Often integrations or new module work, scoped to a single deliverable.

Community work

Hosting, facilitating, or curating gatherings — online or in-person — connected to Tribre's audiences.

How we pay

Cash, deliverables, and milestones.

Cash and/or equity-equivalent. Most contributors are paid in cash. Some larger scopes can include an equity-equivalent component if both sides want that — a share in Tribre's growth that reflects the depth of involvement.
Deliverable-based, not hourly. We agree on what gets produced and what it's worth. Hours are yours to organize.
Rates published per opportunity. Every listed opportunity below shows its reward up front. No back-channel rate negotiation, no opaque ranges.
Partial payment milestones for longer scopes. For multi-week or multi-deliverable work, payment splits across milestones so neither side is exposed to the full risk of the full scope.
